About The Position

The SVP, Brand Strategist role is a leadership position focused on driving strategy across multiple brands within the pharmaceutical marketing sector. Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy across agency brands by understanding the market, customer, competition, and brand, translating this into a unique narrative.
  • Foster a collaborative environment around insights, strategic points of view, and brand ideas.
  • Challenge and inspire the team to elevate ideas and generate market-changing strategies.
  • Be a charismatic driver of strategic discussions and inspire team members to think more strategically, creatively, and omnichannel.
  • Manage the design and execution of interactive workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Drive innovation for the development of new strategic tools to optimize the function of the strategy team.
