Requirements

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing people.
  • Experience implementing initiatives within the music industry or related creative sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving complex global initiatives.
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Experience presenting to boards and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Background/experience in business psychology (industrial-organizational psychology) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Warner Chappell Music, embodying and promoting a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and commitment.
  • Serve as a key partner to executive leadership, translating strategic vision into tangible plans.
  • Drive operational alignment for major initiatives and act as a connective tissue across departments.
  • Partner with People Team to drive a cohesive company culture.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies across departments and global offices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and all corporate departments.
  • Engage with global leads and teams to identify gaps and formulate streamlined workflow/process solutions.
  • Partner with the Co-Chairs, Global Leads, and Managing Directors to define, track, and drive annual company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for Board meetings.
  • Manage the Business Intelligence team to inform decision making and prioritization throughout the company.
  • Evaluate technologies that improve scalability, transparency, and productivity across the global business.
