About The Position

Wintrust Asset Finance is an equipment-focused financing group that offers sophisticated loan and lease products to commercial companies throughout the country in a wide range of industries, including transportation, construction, manufacturing, energy services, aviation, and turn-key property, plant, and equipment, among others. Wintrust Asset Finance is an affiliate of Wintrust, a financial services company with more than $66 billion in assets. This is an Executive role that creates strategic thought leadership regarding our customers needs, create processes and technology to execute on delivering solutions for those needs. Additionally, this person will provide coordination with tech, sales, risk, documentation, funding, booking and portfolio management to consistently execute designed solution in a highly scaled manner.

Requirements

10+ years of direct experience at a high level in a scaled environment
Specialized computer knowledge

Masters Degree highly preferred

Responsibilities

Assess each of the WAF business lines, and provide process improvement recommendations and solutions which includes, people, process and technology.
Collaborate with leaders to develop, architect and implement programs that provide seamless experiences to the business and customers.
Training and Development of programs and personnel across functional teams- WSF, WEF, WCF
Assist with the development, monitoring, and execution to implement WAF’s overall strategic plan
