Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Vice President, Space Solutions Business Development to join our team! In this role you will be a dynamic and mission-driven leader who will define and drive Parsons' growth in the rapidly evolving space domain. This role requires a strategic and technical leader who can develop and execute a space strategy, position Parsons as a trusted partner, and deliver integrated, full-spectrum solutions across defense, intelligence, and multi-domain operations. This leader must be deeply immersed in the Federal space community—understanding emerging missions, technology trends, and operational gaps—and have a proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-domain space programs in a high-tempo environment. You will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, customer understanding, and operational discipline to build a qualified pipeline of $10B+, pursue $250M+ prime opportunities, and consistently achieve a book-to-bill ratio >1.0x. You will also shape the future of Parsons' presence in the Space Force, Intelligence Community, and adjacent federal markets, ensuring we move beyond traditional roles to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that drive mission impact.
