Overview PIMCO is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Vice President, Senior Compliance and Transformation Officer to lead critical components of the firm’s global compliance program while driving technology enabled innovation and operational excellence. This is a high impact leadership role that blends Central Compliance oversight, strategic transformation, and enterprise level program execution. As a senior leader within the Compliance team, you will oversee core regulatory frameworks, mentor and develop talent, drive modernization of processes and systems, and partner across global regions to enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and resilience of the compliance program. You will also communicate program strategy to senior leadership and external stakeholders, reinforcing PIMCO’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and risk excellence.
