Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active broker’s license with 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Occasional travel to other offices and off-site client meetings as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch service and account management for a Commercial Property & Casualty book of business, serving as the primary client contact, coordinating with Claims and Loss Control, reviewing endorsements and contracts, resolving issues, and supporting cross-selling and retention—particularly for car dealership accounts
  • Lead renewal strategy and marketing efforts, including client and renewal meetings, loss analyses and summaries, submission preparation, quotation reviews, proposal development, and negotiation with underwriters
  • Maintain accurate agency management system documentation, support producer relationship management and growth initiatives, and continuously expand insurance knowledge in alignment with company policies and protocols
