We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President to join our Project and Development Services team. This role leads a team of project management professionals in the Southeast Region (Florida, Georgia, Alabama) and delivers project execution on year over year of 400+ projects at $100MM - $125MM in total value, on time and on budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 15+ years of relevant experience related to construction project management
- Experience managing and leading large project teams
- Proven business development experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management technology tools
