About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Management to lead innovation and growth within our healthcare technology solutions portfolio. This executive role will focus on creating impactful digital solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and patients—driving better clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance with evolving regulatory standards. This role will also have responsibility for our overall strategy in the healthcare industry, including identifying and supporting strategic partnerships and expanding Hyland’s footprint across the various domains within the healthcare market. As SVP, you will lead a dynamic product team responsible for the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design through market launch and adoption. Your expertise in healthcare technology trends, interoperability standards, compliance requirements, and clinical workflows will shape solutions that empower clinicians, administrators, and patients alike. This role will report to the Chief Product Officer, and demands a visionary leader with strong product leadership capabilities, deep healthcare domain expertise, and exceptional enterprise software general management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrating strategic thinking, deep business acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across diverse teams of stakeholders. This leader will be responsible for Hyland’s suite of healthcare product offerings, including Enterprise Imaging, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare solutions and our strategy for this industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience within healthcare organizations or providers, plus 5+ years in enterprise software product management or industry solutions management.
  • 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, interoperability, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in launching scalable solutions for healthcare markets.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with clinicians, administrators, and technology leaders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions from concept to execution and adoption.
  • Define and execute the long term product vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with evolving needs in patient experience, provider efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop deep partnerships with healthcare systems, regulatory bodies, and industry technology ecosystems.
  • Serve as a visible healthcare industry thought leader—evangelize products at major industry conferences, participate in strategic sales opportunities, and contribute thought leadership to healthcare industry publications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted go-to-market strategies across healthcare segments (providers, payers, and partners).
  • Shape pricing strategies that reflect healthcare reimbursement models and adoption patterns.
  • Identify and monitor emerging trends such as AI in healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, and population health management to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
  • Establish performance metrics tied to patient outcomes, provider satisfaction, and market growth.
