About The Position
The Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP Operations) is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm's operational infrastructure to ensure seamless service delivery, scalability, and efficiency. As a key member of the Senior Executive Team, the SVP Operations will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operational strategies with the company's vision and growth objectives. This individual will lead operational functions, including Medical Policy, Clinical Services, Customer Experience and Claims, while driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
