Requirements

  • Deep experience leading enterprise-wide transformation in complex, high-growth environments
  • A track record of turning strategy into reality through strong structure, governance, and communication
  • Confidence influencing and aligning senior leaders across regions and functions
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and embed lasting change
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity - making decisive calls and creating clarity fast
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled operating models and how automation reshapes work
  • A builder mindset - you will love creating, scaling, and handing over capabilities that last

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise transformation Lead Pax8’s most critical cross-functional initiatives — creating the clarity, structure, and momentum needed to make change stick.
  • Shape and evolve Pax8OS Design and scale the operating model that powers how we rethink processes, automate intelligently, and grow globally.
  • Align senior leaders Build trust at the top. Influence decisions. Guide executives through complex trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
  • Stand up new capabilities Create and mature key functions like transformation governance, change management, and AI-enabled process improvement.
  • Lead with clarity and pace Cut through complexity, align teams globally, and keep transformation moving fast and most importantly landing successfully.
