Teads is seeking a strategic and results-driven SVP of Sales, East Coast to lead and scale our East Coast commercial organization. This executive will be responsible for driving regional revenue strategy, leading high-performing sales teams across key East Coast markets, deepening senior agency and brand relationships, and accelerating growth across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven solutions. As a key member of the North America leadership team, the SVP will shape commercial strategy, build long-term partnerships with top holding companies and brands, and position Teads as a market leader across the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of digital media sales experience, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Deep expertise in video, CTV, programmatic, data, and performance-driven solutions
  • Strong executive-level relationships across East Coast agencies and brands
  • Proven experience leading and scaling senior commercial teams
  • Track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Experience within an ad tech platform, DSP, SSP, or high-growth technology environment preferred
  • Strong business acumen, including P&L management and strategic planning
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive East Coast revenue strategy, ensuring delivery against ambitious growth targets across agency and client-direct business
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a senior commercial organization across key East Coast markets (e.g., NYC, Boston, DC, etc.)
  • Manage regional P&L performance, forecasting accuracy, and strategic resource allocation
  • Develop executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at major agencies and brands
  • Drive enterprise-level partnerships and joint business plans with top holding companies and strategic accounts
  • Personally lead and close complex, high-value deals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Studio, Account Management, Insights, Media Strategy, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and client success
  • Serve as a senior market-facing ambassador for Teads, representing the company at industry events and within the broader digital ecosystem
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
  • Act as executive lead across East Coast offices, reinforcing culture, talent development, and operational excellence
