We're seeking a strategic and experienced SVP of Finance to drive our client's financial strategy and ensure our company's profitability and long-term growth. You'll be a key leader, overseeing all financial operations in a dynamic environment.
Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting (GAAP, IFRS), and maintain compliance.
Optimize costs, manage risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage funding, debt, and investor relations.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
Provide financial insights for strategic decisions (M&A).
Manage relationships and mitigate raw material price volatility.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and QuickBooks.
10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in senior financial management (CFO or VP of Finance).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG (food/beverage preferred).
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and QuickBooks.
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
