About The Position

The Senior Vice President of Network Sales is a critically important leadership role within Health Monitor Network (HMN) responsible for providing leadership, management, mentoring and motivation of the entire field-based management team and our field representatives. This role, reports to the EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, and directly supervises 3 regional Vice Presidents and a growing team of field sales representatives. The field team is charged with building our physician office network securing incremental HCP offices for placement of our patient education digital screens and products at no cost to the HCP practice. The team is charged with identifying and prospecting enterprise level key accounts/group practices for the management team to engage. Essential Job Functions Deliver results with incremental offices gained; new offices prospected, existing offices retained using quantitative goals and metrics thru our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool Develop the field management team to train and motivate high performance and execution in the field. Owns the creation of sales training tools and resources leveraging both internal and external training resources for his/her team as needed each POA. Responsible for establishing quarterly POA goals, (qualitative and quantitative) targets and measurement of such goals Maintain/Build a personal list of accounts to target, grow and retain Set Sales Planning process; develops sales cycles for new and evolving products in collaboration with SVP Service team Participate in cross functional team and leadership Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all current and future customers Work with IT to maintain sales tracking system Collaborate with SVP Operations to ensure adequate flow of screens for inventory needs Develop and foster strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partners Lead and collaborate on various initiatives such as new programs, existing and new product campaigns Manages the entire sales process, both internally and externally, enabling transparency and teamwork towards achievement of goals. High emotional intelligence in the collaboration with customers, peers, cross-discipline departments and respective leaders of HM. Serves as an influential and respected leader within HM providing ethical, accountable and actionable leadership to the sales organization. Assures HM company compliance and regulatory requirements by the entire sales team. Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • 15+ plus years Sales experience in healthcare industry, B2B, medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience; or pharma services industry
  • 5 years proven Senior Sales Leadership experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, sales tools, mobile devices, NetSuite (preferred)
  • Strong sales metric analysis skills to diagnose and coach sales team to improve performance
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments
  • Demonstrates behaviors and competencies established for a HM leader.
  • High degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, sense of urgency and solution oriented
  • Track record that demonstrates personal initiative, the ability to build high performing teams, and the capability to overcome challenges.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally 50% or more of work week

  • Experience negotiating contracts (new and renewals) with long-term goals
