Responsibilities

Drive growth of the Private Banking loan portfolio in line with strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through tailored credit solutions.
Structure bespoke lending transactions, including margin financing, share-backed loans, and other complex credit facilities.
Ensure proposals are well-articulated, highlighting key risks and mitigants.
Meet clients alongside Relationship Managers to understand financing needs and provide expert advice.
Act as a trusted advisor to Relationship Managers, assisting with credit-related queries and deal prioritization.
Prepare and submit high-quality credit proposals with clear rationale and risk assessment.
Liaise with Group Credit and Legal teams to ensure timely approvals and compliance with internal policies.
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify potential risks.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and risk factors impacting credit decisions.
