About The Position

The Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Athletico Physical Therapy is responsible for overseeing the IT team and platform, ensuring the organization has the necessary IT controls and procedures in place to support its growth and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with executive and field leadership to develop strategies that enhance the IT infrastructure, drive system availability, and improve patient experiences through technology. The SVP will also manage IT operations, lead staff development, and ensure compliance with regulations while focusing on continuous improvement and effective resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of related operational experience, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Experience managing budgets across multiple departments.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement plans for the IT infrastructure.
  • Operate a stable, reliable, and predictable technology ecosystem.
  • Drive high system availability and foster a culture of continuous improvement in IT Service Management.
  • Reduce defects/incidents and create opportunities for field self-service.
  • Identify, communicate, and deploy strategic objectives and specific information requirements for the business.
  • Ensure predictable execution of committed project work.
  • Partner with Resource Center and Field leaders to implement applications and systems that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate project feasibility studies based on business requirements and priorities.
  • Manage and develop staff, including selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead IT diligence and integration for M&A projects.
  • Direct capital planning and expenditures, ensuring efficient decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain information systems and equipment.
  • Drive adoption of changes to the technology ecosystem with corporate and field leaders.
  • Stay current on developments in information systems technology and plan for future upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations applicable to systems operations.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all processes and initiatives.
