About The Position

Locality is hiring a Senior Vice President, Head of Product to define and lead the company's overall product strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the vision, roadmap and performance of Locality's AdTech platforms for streaming and broadcast TV, as well as other channels. You will ensure product strategy drives revenue growth, competitive differentiation, operational scalability and long-term enterprise value. Own creation and execution of the product roadmap, including modernization, foundational capabilities, workflow automation, embedded reporting, and data integration. Prioritize based on revenue impact, efficiency, risk reduction, and competitive differentiation. Lead the evolution of Locality’s AdTech platforms across media planning, ad execution, inventory management, bidding, audience segmentation, attribution, and AI powered optimization. Drive enterprise-wide product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and post launch optimization, ensuring measurable business impact. Build structured market and competitive intelligence frameworks to inform strategic product direction. Leverage customer and consumer insights to shape differentiated capabilities and user experiences. Define and monitor KPIs tied to revenue contribution, adoption, product performance, and ROI. Support curated offerings that combine broadcast + streaming + audience into packaged solutions. Identify and execute innovation opportunities, including AI applications, data partnerships, and new monetization models. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Product organization Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align product strategy with go to market execution. Communicate product strategy, priorities, and performance to executive leadership, stakeholders, board members, and investors. Ensure compliance with evolving advertising, privacy, data, and AI regulations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development, including executive leadership of advanced AdTech or media technology platforms.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise level product strategy with direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Deep expertise in media planning, programmatic buying, audience platforms (DMP/CDP), data infrastructure and AI integration within AdTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational and technical frameworks in high growth environments.
