About The Position

The Senior Vice President & General Manager (SVP & GM) of Fluid & Flexibles at PPC Industries Inc. is responsible for overseeing and leading the operational departments of the division, including extrusion, assembly, maintenance, engineering, quality, and safety. The primary goal is to enhance throughput, increase efficiency, and drive profitable growth while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multi-site operations effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years managerial experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastics processing and assembly is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership achievements in manufacturing management.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong grasp of U.S. and International economic factors related to manufacturing operations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience running a multi-site medical device manufacturing company or business unit.
• Proven conceptual and hands-on technical capability.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide leadership to the division's operating departments.
• Manage the P&L of the division and review financial results against company objectives.
• Ensure effective cash management operations and financial obligations are met.
• Implement reliable inventory and supply chain management systems.
• Maintain highest quality standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan and oversee implementation of operating plans to increase throughput and quality control.
• Direct accountability for divisional KPIs and performance reporting.
• Develop growth strategies in collaboration with SPG Commercial Leadership.
• Manage customer communications and improve responsiveness to customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit a documented budget for assigned operations.
