About The Position

The SVP, Global Head of Indirect Procurement is responsible for leading the development and execution of a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with enterprise-wide business objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring procurement is positioned as a value enabler that drives efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth across the organization. This leader will build and evolve a best-in-class global procurement function, leveraging advanced digital tools, strong governance frameworks, and high-performing talent to optimize spend, enhance supplier performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management
  • 7+ years in senior procurement leadership roles, preferably within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
  • Proven track record of building and transforming procurement organizations, including leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier management
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings, operational efficiencies, and value creation
  • Strong experience leading complex negotiations with external partners and suppliers
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional, global projects with defined timelines
  • Proven ability to drive procurement innovation and sustainability (ESG) initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with corporate priorities, positioning procurement as a strategic value driver
  • Establish and govern supplier performance frameworks, category strategies, and go-to-market approaches with clear accountability metrics
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, brands, and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making
  • Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization initiatives across global indirect spend categories
  • Lead innovation and sustainability efforts within procurement, supporting ESG objectives through best practices and supplier engagement
  • Define and implement a digital procurement roadmap, leveraging advanced tools and systems to enhance processes and resilience
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier evaluation, ensuring best-in-class execution
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global procurement organization with a strong focus on talent, capability building, and succession planning
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the procurement function
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance management frameworks to drive results and organizational impact
  • Represent Indirect Procurement across PVH, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and procurement objectives
  • Translate global procurement vision and strategies into actionable plans at regional and brand levels
  • Ensure achievement of procurement goals and adherence to timelines in collaboration with Category Managers, Strategic Buyers, and business stakeholders
  • Identify and deliver continuous cost savings opportunities as part of the strategic procurement roadmap
  • Provide guidance and approval for category strategies and sourcing initiatives
  • Drive synergies across global categories while supporting decentralized procurement structures where appropriate
  • Lead supplier relationship management for key strategic partners, including involvement in critical negotiations
  • Define and manage procurement governance, policies, and operating models
  • Oversee organizational design and resource management, including performance evaluation and target setting for procurement teams
