SVP General Manager (GM) - Levanto oversees innovative digital solutions at Levanto, a for-profit subsidiary of Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH). This includes commercial focus, employer expertise, national scale, portfolio strategy, investor relations, and capitalization. The GM plans and implements a digital product and portfolio strategy to build brand visibility and increase annual recurring revenue. The GM develops a go-to-market capability and a pipeline of potential customers. The GM monitors changes in the health care industry and drives the development of digital products that impact the patient experience. The GM guides and collaborates with operations, IT, marketing, communications, and digital product teams to align the digital health platform with BSWH business goals and future growth. A system Senior Vice President (SVP) sets policy and goals for a major system business unit, regional entity, or system-level staff function for BSWH. Acts as a business or functional authority requiring deep knowledge in many aspects of the work area, industry, and environment. Participates in broader strategy development with senior leadership. Has accountability for successful implementation of strategy. Recommendations involve different situations over a multi-year time horizon of at least three to five years. Typically interacts with system 'Chief' leadership level or entity President. Oversees multiple levels of subordinate vice presidents, directors, and/or managers covering varied disciplines and skill levels. Has primary accountability for financial management, talent management, and input on major resource selections. Translates and cascades corporate strategies and goals to subordinate positions. Manages and monitors business performance.

  • Manages the Levanto subsidiary, the Digital Product function for BSWH, its affiliates and customers
  • Develops the strategic plan and priorities for the BSWH digital product function
  • Designs digital content, products, and solutions for customers, patients, and members to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversees the design, build, test and deployment of digital products, improvements, and enhancements
  • Implements digital health policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives that create the BSWH patient and consumer digital experience
  • Oversees and contributes to creating high-quality graphics, visual components, and design prototypes
  • Successfully brings new products, concepts, or businesses to market at the national level while avoiding opportunities for disruption
  • Manages and markets a portfolio of solutions as a cohesive value proposition
  • Maintains a robust customer pipeline to increase annual recurring revenue for Levanto and the BSWH enterprise
  • Leverages external online content partnerships and manage vendor relationships to deliver innovative digital health solutions
  • Collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Technology leaders to ensure successful development, release, launch, and implementation of high-quality digital health products
  • Monitors the external marketplace and digital landscape for inspiration
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, Digital Health Product Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital health products, digital media, and digital media analytics
  • Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making
  • Informative and persuasive presentation skills
  • Master's degree preferred
