About The Position

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Enterprise Partnerships will lead Vizient's most strategic client relationships and partnerships among America's Essential Hospitals and Children's Hospitals. In this role, you will oversee a team of Principals, guiding their efforts to identify, pursue, and manage relationships, high-value opportunities and coordinate Business Unit activities that are critical to revenue retention, revenue growth and voice of the customer results. Serving as a trusted advisor to health system executives, you will bring forward market intelligence, industry insights, and Vizient's full suite of solutions to help providers achieve their goals in cost, quality, and growth. This role requires exceptional executive presence, strategic vision, relationship building and the ability to coordinate across Business Units to ensure value creation across diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare consulting, enterprise solution selling, or senior hospital/health system leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships with C-suite and board leaders.
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams and developing senior-level talent.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry challenges within IDNs, AMCs, and community hospital markets.
  • Exceptional executive presence, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale strategic engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Principals, ensuring alignment to Vizient's enterprise strategy as well as clients' strategic priorities.
  • Serve as an executive point of contact for C-suite and board-level leaders at major health systems, strengthening Vizient's reputation as a strategic partner.
  • Shape and execute enterprise-level account strategies that drive member performance, retention, and growth.
  • Continue to develop strategic initiatives for these important health care segments.
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Translate industry trends, financial pressures, and regulatory shifts into actionable strategies for Vizient members.
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities across the full portfolio of Vizient solutions, ensuring maximum member value and impact.
  • Own accountability for account retention, profitability, service quality, and long-term member satisfaction.
  • Oversee forecasting, revenue management, and growth planning for strategic accounts.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across business units, connecting initiatives to deliver comprehensive, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Identify and measure performance for members in cost reduction, quality outcomes, and market competitiveness.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions to enhance service delivery and provider performance.
  • Champion innovation, bringing forward new ideas and best practices that expand member value and strengthen Vizient's market position.
