Marketing & Franchise Development team is focused on Digital Acquisitions and Digital Sales transformation while enabling next-gen existing customer evolution. This leader would lead our Digital Marketing Platforms and Capabilities. This role is an engine of growth, and the leader would lead a team managing platform capabilities. The platform hosts an array of products across multiple lines of business (cards, personal lending) and integrated channels across owned, paid and partner media to deliver real-time prescreened and prequalified offers to prospects and existing customers. This leader would also be responsible for our Personalization engine, including vendor oversight, reporting into Head of Digital Sales and Capabilities.
