About The Position
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Credit and Collateral Risk is responsible for overseeing the Bank's Credit Risk Review and Collateral Risk functions. This includes managing the departments that conduct internal loan reviews, real estate appraisals, environmental assessments, loan concentration analysis, and loan stress tests. The SVP will ensure that these areas operate in compliance with regulatory guidance and industry best practices, providing the Board of Directors and Executive Management with an independent assessment of the Bank's credit, collateral, loan concentration, and real estate market risks.
