We are seeking an exceptional SVP, Creative Director, Copy (SVP, CD, Copy) to lead the copy and storytelling vision for BGB’s new business, pitch, and growth initiatives. This senior creative leader will be dedicated to crafting breakthrough narratives, developing persuasive pitch stories, and driving creative excellence across all new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller with deep healthcare expertise, a strong command of brand strategy, and a passion for transforming complex scientific topics into compelling, human-centered narratives. This role will lead pitch copy direction, elevate the agency’s narrative craft, and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account, and business development leaders to win new business and fuel agency growth.
