About The Position

As an SVP, Commercial Lender III (Relationship Banker) at First Western, you'll be at the forefront of managing and expanding our lending portfolio while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. This rolebines portfolio management and client relationship development, allowing you to directly contribute to both individual and team production goals in loans, deposits, and assets under management. You'll work closely with internal partners to offer aprehensive suite of wealth management services, all while overseeingplex loan portfolios. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • NMLS certification required upon hire.
  • 10+ years of business development or client development experience, including 5-7 years of lending and/or underwriting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with banking and credit software and CRM systems.
  • Strong mathematical, written, and verbalmunication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managingplex client relationships.
  • Ability to manage large projects with limited oversight.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of loans, deposits, and assets under management to meet team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized financial solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to provideprehensive wealth management services.
  • Process loan requests and manage them through the approval process.
  • Administerplex loan portfolios, tracking covenants, collateral, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio and help clients achieve their financial goals.
