About The Position

MedeAnalytics is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Client Success who will report to the COO and be a key member of the Operations team. This role is focused on retention and growth, responsible for expanding the client portfolio through existing and new solutions such as Revenue Cycle Analytics, Value-based Care, Payer Quality, Data Science, and Health Fabric offerings. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with deep domain knowledge and a consultative approach to establish executive-level partnerships. Responsibilities include managing and strengthening the company’s client portfolio of existing healthcare clients, developing a high-performing team, and driving growth and retention by aligning to client needs and enhancing client value through proactive account management and strategic engagement.
