Job Description Key Responsibilities: Program Strategy & Planning Define and execute AI/GenAI program roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI adoption across business units. Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts to ensure alignment. Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for AI projects. Execution & Delivery Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure timely delivery of AI/GenAI solutions within scope, budget, and quality standards. Governance & Compliance Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies. Change Management & Adoption Drive organizational readiness for AI/GenAI adoption through training and communication. Measure and report on program success metrics and business impact. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Experience: >10 years in program management, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI or digital transformation. Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale cross-functional programs. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI technologies, and data analytics. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI tools. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
