About The Position

Summary: The SVP, Account Strategist & AI Operations will lead growth across key client accounts while driving AI-enabled operational transformation. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, revenue expansion, and intelligent operations, with a mandate to deepen executive relationships, unlock new value streams, and embed AI-driven efficiencies across engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, a growth leader internally, and a transformation driver across accounts. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of account leadership, consultative selling, operational excellence, and AI adoption mindset, with proven success in scaling enterprise accounts, particularly within the US Mortgage and BFSI outsourcing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience in account planning, white space mapping, and business review frameworks (MBR/QBR).
  • Experience managing and mentoring senior teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, outcome-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in account management, account strategy, client success, or consulting roles in enterprise/B2B environments.
  • Deep expertise in the US Mortgage outsourcing / BFSI domain is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth (upsell/cross-sell) and managing large strategic accounts.
  • Experience leading or implementing AI/automation-driven transformation initiatives in operations or client environments.
  • Exposure to GenAI, RPA, or digital transformation programs in outsourcing environments.
  • Experience working with global delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership Own and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders (C-suite and business leaders), acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase wallet share, retention, and long-term value.
  • Lead white space mapping initiatives to identify new revenue streams aligned with client priorities and gomoder’s capabilities.
  • Drive structured account planning frameworks across all key accounts.
  • Maintain Account Management Template: Ensure account management templates are consistently updated and reflective of client progress, opportunities, and engagement.
  • Gather Key Account Intelligence: Proactively collect, analyze, and report client intelligence to inform strategy, decision-making, and future opportunities.
  • Perform White Space Mapping: Identify untapped areas of opportunity within accounts and align these with client needs and organizational capabilities.
  • Client-Facing Strategy: Partner with clients to discuss and craft proposals that address evolving business challenges and opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Guide and support the sales team in identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies that increase wallet share across assigned accounts.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals tailored to existing client needs and future potential.
  • AI & Operations Transformation Champion adoption of AI-driven solutions within client engagements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automation, GenAI, and intelligent workflows into existing delivery models.
  • Partner with internal operations and technology teams to design and implement AI-led transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Partner with internal AI/tech teams to deploy scalable, client-specific solutions.
  • Client Engagement & Governance Lead MBRs/QBRs with executive presence, delivering insights, performance updates, and forward-looking strategies.
  • Maintain and evolve account management frameworks and templates to reflect real-time insights and opportunities.
  • Oversee client feedback mechanisms (CSAT/NPS/surveys) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee collection and analysis of client feedback to drive continuous improvement and strengthen relationships.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Enablement Partner closely with sales leadership to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies.
  • Guide teams in building compelling, insight-driven proposals and solution narratives.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex deal structuring and strategic pursuits.
  • Enable sales teams with account intelligence, competitive insights, and opportunity pipelines.
  • Data, Insights & Intelligence Build a culture of data-driven account management, leveraging analytics for decision-making.
  • Gather and synthesize key account intelligence, including market trends, client priorities, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of account strategists and operations leaders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, product, AI/tech, and sales teams to ensure integrated execution.
