What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bar Back A Positive Attitude – Because being a grump is no fun! One Team Mentality – We believe the phrase “Teamwork makes the dream work” will never go out of style. Player Focus: You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be. Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get popular is where you shine. Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is simply a plus, NOT a must. We all must start somewhere! What you will do in the role: Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players! Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat! Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences! What you will do in the Service Support role: Role and Interaction with Players: Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience Key Aspect of the Role: Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Jump in to support the team where needed—whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean. What you will do in the Golf Services role: Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest. Key Aspect of the Role: Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience. Key Aspect of the Role: Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time. Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations. Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant—because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment! Physical Requirements: Let’s be real—this isn’t your typical desk job!
