About The Position

HOPE Farm’s ministry and mission serve young fatherless boys ages 5-18 through an after-school program where we introduce our participants to a life governed by belief in Christ and provide an opportunity to be mentored by adult Christian men. We offer a Mother’s Resource Leadership Program for the single moms who raise our young men. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems Management, Project Management or related field - or- four (4) years project management experience including two (2) years leading business partners and various stakeholders (required) master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Professional and networking experience in two or more vocational fields (required)
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ project management experience and experience leading business partners and various stakeholders, within education, training or development (required)
  • Intermediate experience using Office365 CoPilot software (required)
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
  • Gather requirements, provide project updates, and drive alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track and provide vocational tracks and educational opportunities that are consistent with trends and financially successful career trajectories.
  • Track and escalate issues to project stakeholders.
  • Review, analyze, and act on specific internal and external customer feedback.
  • Negotiation, motivational, and reporting skills.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Leverage program/project insights and propose data-driven adjustments.
  • Certification/Accrediting Development, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify, develop, and address certification/accreditation needs, opportunities, and partnerships.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive SVC Program empowered and intertwined with project-management plans outlining scope, timelines, community partners, community support, resource requirements, and curriculum/program deliverables from design to completion.
  • Develop and format the overall program and activities content for HOPE Farm’s SVC in the following categories: a. Biblical Leadership Development: John Maxwell Certification & Tom Slone Mentoring Life-Lessons. b. Stewardship, Professionalism, Experiences, & Craftsmanship (SPEC): Create life-long learning mindset by providing a roster of inspiring “Level-Up Learning” seminars that can support current LDP & MRP Programs, HF alumni, and the community. SPEC also includes pursuing and soliciting and providing internships/apprenticeships for Level-Up Learning and SVC Certification Students. c. Individualized Learning Support (Mentors): Providing professional mentors to tailor individual vocational growth plans and soft skills including - Social skills, spiritual growth, public speaking, and workforce behavioral etiquette. d. Vocational, Professional, and Certification Programs: Utilizing the new Slone Vocational Center as a learning environment to provide in-house training and certification programs as well as partner with local organizations, educational centers, companies, and churches to offer needed and high-quality workforce training and solutions.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, project planning, and solutioning meetings.
  • Work with and continue to develop strategic partnerships in program development, program possibilities, feasibility analysis, breakdown structure, scheduling, and resourcing.
  • Create unique vocational training that combines Christian Leadership Development, sought after soft and technical skills in the workforce, and strategically partner with local technical school partners partner, teachers, companies, and organizations to provide quality opportunities for vocational training, internships, and job placement.
  • Create unique exposure and skill building opportunities for existing Hope Farm programs.
  • Organize and develop “Level-Up Learning” Seminar Series
  • Monitor project budget and provide tracking reports.
  • Develop and maintain project management tracking tools and documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts.
  • Utilize CRMs and LMSs to track, document, and analyze program outcomes, partnership successes, and program needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and perform root cause analysis
