The Technical Specialist serves as the primary customer support contact responsible for diagnosing and executing complex repairs to generators and components at the customer's site. This role involves establishing and developing productive customer relations, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs, and applying specialized tools and documented procedures to complete repairs. The specialist will also perform preventative maintenance activities, escalate unresolved issues, coach and develop technicians, and maintain service vehicles and tools.
