About The Position

You will be the Manager of the F-35 Sustainment Supply Team reporting to the Senior Manager of F-35 Item Management. What You Will Be Doing You will be the direct leader for a team of approximately 20 Item Managers and will be responsible for insuring delivery of materials to the global F-35 Fleet, repair and order management in order to meet customer outcomes. This will require a collaborative business approach working relationship with Lockheed Martin Team, Government Project Office (JSFPO), Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Warehousing/Transportation providers and F-35 Customers. Requirements

Demonstrated prior experience with leading teams and/or project teams
Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or serving as liaison in a cross-functional environment; ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to accomplish assignments
Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience operating within a Supply Chain Management or Logistics function (i.e. distribution, logistics, support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
Understanding of How Supply Metrics (examples: MICAP Hours, GIE) Contribute to Air Vehicle Metrics (examples: MC, FMC)
F-35 and/or military aircraft Sustainment Experience
PBL Contracting and/or Measurement Experience
Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Experience
Supply Item Management Experience a Plus
