About The Position

Join the Lockheed Martin Digital Sustainment & Analytics (DSA) organization supporting the wide range of both internal and external customers on the Sustainment Integrated Tools & Engineering team. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Sustainment Integrated Tools & Engineering team as a Project Engineer responsible for, but not limited to: • Represent the organization across multiple supportability and sustainment focused projects with other Lockheed Martin business units and team, customers and the government. • Perform business case analysis and improvement plans for supportability of software, tools and hardware using engineering for sustainment and integrated logistics principles. • Lead & Manage daily/weekly business rhythm meetings, plans and schedules and drive execution reviews across a dynamic and multidisciplined organization • Produce and prioritize user and administration workflow impact degraders and drive prioritization using agile management tools such as JIRA, GIT, Confluence • Provide daily direction/leadership to assigned multidiscipline engineers managing the touchpoints, handoffs and integration between a DevSecOps focused organization releasing, deploying, operating and monitoring delivered products. • Provide formal weekly and monthly status for assigned projects and support the overall team execution upstream to leadership and customers. • Conduct and support customer briefings relative to assigned projects, demonstrations and integration events. • Coordinate the overall integration of roadmaps and integrated master schedules across the teams. • Drive quality and process improvement projects across a dynamic and customer focused organization. • Provide holistic solutions to issues related to the introduction of new capabilities, evolving dynamic customer needs and digital transformation • Considered Subject Matter expert (SME) on ALIS/ODIN applications, data and integration with both user and system administrator perspectives. Candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment within various functional areas such as software development, IT system administration, test, software customer support and DevSecOps.

Requirements

  • Effective leadership and project management experience.
  • Effective experience in engineering leadership, process management and measurements of effectiveness and performance.
  • Experience in quality management of software, hardware, and/or processes with a focus on corrective action plans.
  • Integrated logistics support element experience.

Nice To Haves

  • ALIS/ODIN Experience with field support, engineering or sustainment design influence.
  • Strong background in customer support and requirements derivations and success criteria.
  • Project management experience including Integrated Master Schedules, cost accounting and technical risks and opportunities.
  • Experience with system safety fundamentals and process controls and artifacts.
