About The Position
As a Sustaining Engineer Supervisor, you and the team you oversee will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing products within the connector industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance. This is a hands-on role engineering leadership role, involving troubleshooting, implementing design changes, and supporting manufacturing processes to enhance product life cycle and customer satisfaction.
