About The Position
As a Sustaining Engineer I at SIG SAUER, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and enhancement of existing products to ensure their quality and performance. This position involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing design changes, and collaborating with various teams including Quality, Operations, and R&D. You will also conduct root cause analysis, support value engineering projects, and optimize manufacturing processes, while documenting engineering changes using SOLIDWORKS and PLM systems.
