We are looking for a sustainability professional based in our San Diego Studio who has… A professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainable Design, or a related field. 5-10 years of relevant post-graduate experience in sustainable design or building performance. Proven experience delivering LEED-certified or similar rating system projects. Experience with alternative project delivery methods is a plus. Strong knowledge of sustainable building systems, including energy-efficient mechanical systems and water reuse strategies. Demonstrated ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative building performance analysis. Proficiency in sustainability modeling and analysis tools. Experience supervising or mentoring sustainability staff. Credentials: LEED AP with specialty, LFA, WELL, or similar are strongly encouraged.
