The Sustainable Design Advisor I is responsible for providing sustainability assessment of a wide range of project opportunities that may relate to water, energy, and carbon analysis; material health research; and trends on occupant health and well-being. This advisor supports project teams in the delivery of third-party rating systems such as LEED, Living Building Challenge, and Passive House. Common and Baseline Responsibilities Collaborates and liaises with architectural, interiors, and urban design project teams in undertaking targeted sustainable building performance calculations and product research. Supports project managers on a variety of projects including LEED, Living Building Challenge, and Passive House coordination and documentation, and green building strategies. Conducts green product research to verify the transparency and health claims made by product manufacturers. Analyzes data and interprets trends and statistics as required to support project deliverables. Prepares technical content for sustainable design presentations, reports, and other client deliverables. Supports sustainable design education program and LEED AP credential maintenance program. Responsible for tracking and reporting on trends, programs, and policies within service sectors.
