About The Position
The Sustainability Supervisor implements and may provide input into strategic goals for sustainability programs, initiatives, and strategies and after-market retail inventory. This role will focus on reducing the environmental impact of the company's supply chain, ensuring sustainable sourcing practices, optimizing inventory management for waste reduction, and supporting the implementation of sustainability programs within retail operations. The Sustainability Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to promote sustainable business practices and meet the company's goals and objectives. Oversees daily operations of team, ensuring work is performed as prescribed by policies and procedures to achieve productivity, service, and quality standards, and goals. Typically works on projects and initiatives that span 3 - 12 months.
