About The Position

Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a Sustainability Strategist with 3-6 years of building-related experience to join our dynamic and collaborative Sustainability Team. As part of our Building Sciences Group, we work closely with our Energy Team colleagues on innovative, high-impact projects. Requirements

• 3-6 years of building-related experience.
• Experience managing LEED or Living Building Challenge projects.
• Certifications (LEED, LFA, WELL, Fitwel, and/or Envision).
• Academic background in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry or environmental science.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in net zero building designs.
• Knowledge of resilient and adaptive design.
• Experience in decarbonization, corporate ESG consultancy, GHG Scope reporting, carbon life cycle assessment, and/or climate action and sustainability planning.
• Good presentation and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support a mix of portfolio-level planning, building performance and certification work.
• Conduct client and industry presentations.
• Work side-by-side with the entire Sustainability Team on a portfolio of exciting and impactful projects.
