In this role, you will: Build and deploy a comprehensive strategy to meet K-C’s voluntary and mandatory reporting needs, per relevant reporting standards and guidelines, including an ESG reporting roadmap. Translate the sustainability reporting/disclosures strategy in into project plans and initiatives, ensure clear accountabilities and delivery of results. Lead end-to-end development of annual Sustainability Report, leveraging other corporate publications, regulatory filings and various sustainability communications. Ensure compliance with regional/country regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. EU CSRD, other ISSB activations). Manage ESG ratings and rankings performance through a standardized process, analyzing performance trends and driving improvements in alignment with relevant functional teams. Ensure timely and accurate responses to stakeholder inquiries, surveys and questionnaires. Partner with Communications and Sustainability teams to advance internal and external communications to engage and activate key stakeholders.
