About The Position
Arista Networks is seeking a Sustainability Project Manager to join our dedicated Sustainability Team, which is focused on decarbonization and enhancing sustainability within our operations and supply chain. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that engage both customers and suppliers in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and other environmental impacts. The successful candidate will report to stakeholders on our progress as part of the broader Arista Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed strategies and project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for various sustainability initiatives. You will collect and analyze key metrics related to GHG emissions, energy usage, and renewable energy adoption, supporting Arista's reporting efforts. Regular reporting on customer and supplier progress towards GHG reduction targets will be a key aspect of your role, along with preparing content for presentations to senior management and other stakeholders. You will also develop and advocate for policies and procedures that support our net zero and sustainability goals, and deliver training programs to educate both internal and external stakeholders about Arista's sustainability objectives and best practices. As a technical subject matter expert, you will stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to sustainability and renewable energy, ensuring that Arista remains at the forefront of these critical initiatives.
