About The Position

Campbell's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) team is seeking an intern to support a variety of sustainability projects. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized graduate-level student with a strong background in sustainability, research, and data management. The internship will run from May – August 2026. Candidates should expect to support Campbell's sustainability reporting, customer communications, internal data collection and technology platforms, as well as discrete research projects on sustainability topics. Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and its intersection with business and markets.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, outcomes, and solutions in a polished, professional manner.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to meet objectives and deadlines by working independently under minimal supervision and by serving as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, as well as general sustainability trends and issues.
  • Strong background in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of tasks and research projects with oversight from multiple team members.
  • Corporate Sustainability Reporting.
  • Research existing and emerging sustainability topics, including climate, regenerative ag, and biodiversity.
  • Benchmark peers and assess industry best practices.
  • Enhance internal processes.
  • Enhance tools and processes to collect and utilize data from our agricultural supply chain.
  • Customer Reporting.
  • Data Management.
