The Sustainability Reporting team at TransUnion is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering the company’s sustainability, ESG, and climate‑related reporting. This team collaborates closely with Accounting, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, high‑quality disclosures that align with regulatory expectations and leading‑practice frameworks. This is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week. The Sustainability Data Advisor will be instrumental in developing and managing TransUnion’s end‑to‑end sustainability and ESG reporting calendar, coordinating across various internal functions, and identifying, collecting, tracking, validating, and maintaining sustainability and environmental data across enterprise systems. The role also encompasses leading internal audit and review processes for sustainability information, supporting external sustainability disclosures, responding to data requests from rating agencies and stakeholders, overseeing external consultants, and designing and implementing scalable processes and controls for non‑financial reporting, including limited assurance readiness.
