About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sustainability coordinator. In this role, you’ll support sustainability and compliance efforts by helping collect and organize data, assist with reporting, and collaborate with teams across the company on projects related to packaging and environmental impact.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Ability to apply strong critical thinking and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with energy management software or environmental reporting platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP, ESG) is a plus
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainability and an understanding of environmental challenges

Responsibilities

  • Own recurring collection and management of sustainability metrics (e.g., GHG emissions, energy, waste, packaging/materials), including documentation of data sources, assumptions, and calculation methods
  • Validate data quality, maintain audit-ready files, and coordinate corrections with data owners
  • Maintain packaging data needed for compliance obligations, support submissions required by packaging stewardship or reporting programs where applicable
  • Monitor evolving sustainability-related requirements that impact the business, with emphasis on packaging regulations and emissions/climate reporting; summarize what’s changing, expected timelines, and internal impacts
  • Support sustainability initiatives and projects by coordinating meetings, action items, documentation, and status reporting
