Requirements

Experience working on heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills in suspension, steering, braking, and related systems.
Ability to perform alignments and wheel-end repairs.
Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality work standards.
Valid driver’s license
Relatively clean driving record, within the past three years.
Reliability, honesty, and integrity in daily work.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal direction.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support shop operations.
Flexibility to service and repair equipment across a wide range of manufacturers and models.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of electrical/wiring components preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct accurate, thorough inspections to diagnose mechanical issues on heavy-duty commercial motor vehicles.
Perform high-quality work in suspension, brakes, steering, wheel ends, alignments, wheel seals, wiring, and kingpins.
Ensure all repairs are completed correctly, safely, and efficiently to meet company and customer standards.
Build customer trust by delivering honest, timely service and honoring all commitments.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive, customer-focused shop environment.
Tire Technician duties as needed.
