Assembles and installs after-market suspension packages, active exhaust systems or tips and side-steps.
Installs Front and Rear End after-market packages including off-road suspension systems, performance handling suspension systems, active exhaust systems or tips, side-steps and much more.
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
Assembles suspension components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using work instructions, templates or reading measurements.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and work effectively with other co-workers.
Able to identify potential issues and resolve efficiently.
Escalates issues to lead/supervisor for resolution.
Under general supervision, exercise independent judgement.

Able to learn new technology; Supercharger assembly.
Mechanical ability
Valid Driver’s License.
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ yrs. prior experience preferred working experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.
Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools preferred.
