About The Position

Bear Flag Fish Company is looking for team members who have a genuine interest in seafood and want to grow in the craft of sushi. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and pride in the product are essential. As a Sushi Roller, you’ll be responsible for preparing and rolling sushi in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. Requirements

• Interest in seafood and sushi preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong Knife skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and roll sushi items according to company standards
• Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and quality
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep including cutting ingredients and portioning fish
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service
