Requirements

At least 2 years of high-volume sushi experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Valid and current food handler’s certification.
Professional, guest-facing demeanor—ability to entertain and engage is strongly desired.
Strong teamwork skills and a solutions-driven approach.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present sushi items with consistency, precision, and creativity in line with Atlas standards.
Practice strong time management and stay actively engaged throughout service to meet Azumi's high-end and high-volume demands.
Maintain a constant focus on safety, sanitation, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and polished working environment.
Contribute to menu excellence while keeping costs, productivity, and profit top of mind.
Work as part of a dynamic team that values positivity, collaboration, and guest-focused hospitality.
