Requirements
- 3+ years of sushi experience
- Excellent knife skills which include sushi and sashimi knives
- High end level restaurant experience is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality
- Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Responsibilities
- Prepare items for service which include, but is not limited to, sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi
- Butcher whole fish and cut, trim and prepare consumer-sized portions of fish
