The Sushi Cook is a skilled culinary professional dedicated to preparing exquisite sushi rolls with precision and artistry. Working closely with the Chef and other kitchen staff, they contribute to the creation of visually stunning and delicious sushi rolls. In addition to their primary duties, Sushi Cooks assist with various tasks in the back of the house, including doing prep, work other kitchen lines, dishwashing and cleaning if needed, to maintain a sanitary and efficient kitchen environment. It's important to note that Sushi Cooks do not earn tips but are valued for their contributions to culinary excellence.
