Position Summary: Under general direction from the Lead Sushi Cook, responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction which minimizing operating costs and preparing the sushi menu to reflect program standards. Ensures that the team operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, policies, and procedures.
